The Luxury of Silence

Perched 280 meters above sea level on the slope of a fell by the Teno River, Four Cabin House is a sanctuary of quiet luxury. To be completed in August 2026, the estate spans 80.5 hectares of Arctic wilderness, situated 1.4 km from the nearest road. With no public trails or neighbors in sight, your only companions are the roaming reindeer, the midnight sun, and the dancing Aurora Borealis.

Designed to frame the raw beauty of Utsjoki, the wood-clad house features a modern Nordic design with a calm and cozy interior:

  • Panoramic Immersion: Beautiful views of birch-covered fells, treeless tundra, and the Teno River Valley.

  • The Nordic Ritual: A traditional Finnish sauna and two fireplaces for the ultimate retreat.

  • Ideal for 2–4 guests: A master bedroom for two, a mezzanine with two futon beds, and an additional daybed that converts into a double bed.
